Breakfast:
Whey shake 40G

Lunch:
6 slices of bread
Peppered salami
Strawberry jelly
An egg

Dinner:
Fries
Chicken
Salad

Exercise:
Chest & Triceps
10 min INTENSIVE crosstrainer
10 min bicycle

After-workout:
40g Whey shake
