Day 59 - February 28, 2012

Breakfast:
Sultana cookies (Low calories)

Lunch:
3 slices of bread with chocolate sprinkles.

Dinner:
Rice with seasoning
Chicken
Baked apples

Workout:
Shoulders (Didn't really go that well today, I still had muscle ache from last workout)

After-workout:
40g Whey Shake

Inbetween (22.00):
Leftover Rice with seasoning and chili sauce

Drinks:
2 glasses of coke
Sparkling water
