40g Whey Shake

Lunch:
4 slices of bread
Meatloaf
Strawberry jelly

Dinner:
Rice with Shoarma and Vegetables

Exercise:
Shoulders
40 min walking
5 min crosstrainer

After-workout:
Whey Shake 40G
