Day 10 - January 10, 2012

Lunch:
2 eggs
Half plate of spaghetti bolognese

Dinner: My grandmother's birthday party. Big time sin.
Fries
vol-au-vent
Salad, tomatoes

Drinks:
Chocolate milk (1 pint)
1 liter of Sparkling water
1.5 liters of water

Exercise:
120 minutes of volleyball.
