Lunch:
3 slices of bread
A small bowl of leftover spaghetti-sauce.
1 slice of bread with nuttela.
Dinner: This should only happen once I week, or at least I'll try.;)
Fries
1 long minced-meat hot dog
Obviously some sauce!
Exercise:
120 minutes of intensive Volleyball
I also weighed myself today with our new scales!
