Breakfast:
1 slice of bread with nuttela

Lunch:
Sandwich with Salad, Egg, Mayonaise, Tomato and cucumber.

Inbetween:
Rice-waffle

Dinner:
Croque Monsieur!
Salad, tomato, ...

Exercise:
120 minutes of volleyball
