Lunch:
4 Pancakes!
Inbetween:
1 leftover pancake!
Dinner:
A bit of pasta
A lot of vegetables
Pork meat - I think it was tenderloin.
Exercise:
30 minutes cardio
Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest
Bicycle to school (~4km I think)
