Breakfast:
1 slice of brown bread with salami.

Lunch:
Bread with egg , milk and sugar!

Dinner:
Smashed potatoes with carrots
Chicken sausage

Inbetween (22.15):
Half an apple

Exercise:
30 min cardio
Abdominal muscles
Shoulders
