Breakfast:
1 slice of brown bread with herb cheese

Lunch:
Pancakes (4)!!!

Inbetween  (16:00):
Rice-Waffle

Dinner:
Pasta with vegetables and chicken.

Exercise:
120 min Back + Biceps
10 min Rowing
20 min Bicycling
