Day 6 - January 6, 2012

Lunch:
4 Pancakes (No sorry I just can't give up on my weekly pancakes

Dinner:
1 bowl of Salad & fruit
150g of chicken
1 bowl of Soup

In-between:
Salmon with a mustard-dressing.

Drinks:
2 cans of diet coke
2 bottles of sparkling water
1 bottle of regular water

Exercise:
120 minutes of volleyball!

My muscles ached like shit today!
Tomorrow sinner's day! (Yes, I won't be having my regular diet tomorrow)
